If this update was not requested by the latest HP support assistant then do not install it
It is difficult but not impossible to stop driver updates from windows update manager
If stuck in a repeating loop it is easer to fix or find out what is causing the problem
If you have configured restore points for the boot drive then you can return to a previous setting where the system is working correctly. This is the last thing you should try because it restore a point might be fairly old instead of just a few days or hours old.
This video describes how to use a restore point. Clicking on "System restore" will bring up the list of restore points similar to what is in the below video.

According to this discussion over at the Intel Forum this problem appears to be a Microsoft and Intel related problem
Lenovo and HP are mentioned.
How did the update come in? Was it with the windows 11 update?
Intel has a support assistant for drivers
try running that app and see if it put in the correct update
If the problem continues you will have to register and contact "answers .Microsoft" and refer to that Intel Forum page and ask how to stop the update from coming in.
