This update keeps installing even though it successfully installed.  It's causing system issues and I have to restart every day to use my laptop.  Any solution for this?  I looked online and it says to run windows update troubleshooter, but it's been decommissioned and I haven't been successful in my attempts to hide the update.

That's likely a windows glitch or driver. I can help. First download this Microsoft hide tool:

https://download.microsoft.com/download/f/2/2/f22d5fdb-59cd-4275-8c95-1be17bf70b21/wushowhide.diagca...

After downloading, Pause windows update and Run the Microsoft update hide tool (wushowhide.diagcab). Click on "Hide Update," then select "Intel - Extension - 2.1.10103.18" and click on next. This update will be shown as fixed on the next screen. After this, restart your laptop, resume windows update and check if it's gone or fixed.

Them resume window update, let that update appear on windows update list then pause it again and use Microsoft hdie tool. It should detect it.
