Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have HP-14AM107NT and I have installed Windows 10 64 Bit (version 1703) operating system. Although I have downloaded all drivers of the notebook from driver support page, Intel graphic driver 620  was not completly installed.

Graphic driver Events tab shows the following text:

"Device PCI\VEN_8086&DEV_5916&SUBSYS_81DD103C&REV_02\3&11583659&0&10 requires further installation."

How can I solve this issue?

Sincerely yours...

Hi @mrtkprc

Welcome to HP Forums. This is a great place to get support, find answers and tips.

I understand that you are unable to download the Graphics Drivers from our Support site.

I'd like to help.

I suggest you update the Graphics Driver from Device Manager.

- In Windows, search for and open Device Manager.
- In the list of devices, look for Display Adapter and expand the list
- Right-click the Intel driver and select Update Driver Software.
- Click Search automatically for updated driver software.
- Follow the on-screen instructions to install the updated driver.
- Restart your computer to complete the installation of the updates.

Let me know how it goes.

Thank you. 🙂

Hello;

I performed instructions which you expressed me but it is not usefull too.
I downloaded the driver from HP Support Page.

Besides, the device manager shows the Graphic Adapter as "Intel(R) HD Graphics 620" with yellow mark at bottom of icon; however, after I selected "Intel(R) HD Graphics 620" then I click with right and select Event tab of Properties.

Information textarea shows the above mentioned this message,

"Device PCI\VEN_8086&DEV_5916&SUBSYS_81DD103C&REV_02\3&11583659&0&10 requires further installation."

Driver Version : 22.20.16.4708

How can I do more in order to resolve the trouble?

Sincerely Yours..

@mrtkprc

I see that you were interacting with @KrazyToad. I'd like to help.

Thanks for the reply.

I appreciate your time and effort.

Let's start off by performing a Bios update, Chipset drivers as well as graphics card drivers on your PC from our HP support website, using this Link.

Next thing, I would suggest here is to download and install the Intel Driver Update Utility - This will scan and install the relavent drivers for your PC.

Also, download and install HP support assistant on your PC. It should automatically download and install the latest updates and drivers for your PC.

Refer this link to know how to use HP support assistant.

Cheers
