Solved!

Intel Graphics driver, error 43

HP OMEN 15-dc1018ur
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I downloaded the driver .exe file for my integrated video card from the official hp website, after which I successfully installed it. But when I went into the device manager, I did not find this driver there. When installing the .exe file in a temporary command line, I noticed the file "iigd_dch.inf", which I used to install the driver manually from the disk. Windows warned about the incompatibility of the driver and the system, that the installed device may not work correctly, but despite this, I had the opportunity to continue, which I did. But the result was similar, the system did not accept this driver. There was an error 43. Tell me, why can this be and how can I get around this? I tried installing the drivers in this way on various built-in adapters, in all cases a warning came out from windows.

Solved!

Intel Graphics driver, error 43

Hi @Tigran_1126

Welcome to the HP Support Community.

Try these steps -

1) Select the Start  button. Type device manager in the search box, and select Device Manager from the list of results.

2) On the list of devices, find the device that’s having driver problems (it will often have a yellow exclamation point next to it). Then tap and hold or right-click the device and select Uninstall > OK

3) After the driver uninstalls, tap and hold or right-click the name of your PC (found at the top of the device list) and select Scan for hardware changes. This re-installs the device driver.

4) To see if this fixed the problem, tap and hold or right-click the name of the device again. On the General tab under Device status, you should see the message “This device is working properly.”

Also, try updating the computer -

Step 1 Windows Updates -

1) In the search box, type and open Windows Updates.

2) Check for updates.

3) If the updates are available, click on install and restart the computer.

Step 2 HP Support Assistant Updates -

1) In the search box, type and open HP Support Assistant.

2) Check for updates.

3) If the updates are available, click on install and restart the computer.

Hope this helps! Keep me posted.
