Product: HP Pavilion DV6 3000T
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)
My laptop doesn't seem to run DirectX 11, EVEN though I have Windows 10 installed. I am not sure if it is an issue with my laptop/software, or if it is just not possible to run DirectX 11 on my graphics card. I have tried installing DirectX 11, yet in Windows Store it still doesn't recognize DirectX 11 and leaves a red X, instead of a green check. Does anyone answering happen to know if it is still possible to run DirectX 11, and if so, how may I do it?
Also, my computer claims to have DirectX 12, but it still does not recognize DirectX 11. How can I fix this?
