Hello, it's been a while that the driver Intel Management Engine Interface has error code 10 (Status_device_power_failure) I tried many ways to solve it but it still has this error and as a result I have issues in my sleep mode and also booting. My laptop restart after I try to awake it from sleep mode. Also when I want to turn on my laptop it takes longer than usual and  the mouse and keyboards connected to the laptop turn on and off several times. I don't know if it's related to the intel 8 series c220 drivers or any PCI related driver or it's something related to Intel Management Engine Interface driver itself.
I tried all these to solve it but none helped:
- sfc /scannow - DISM check and restore health - BIOS reset - CMOS battery removal and replacement - In-place upgrade of Windows - Reinstalling Windows using a bootable flash drive and formatting all partitions (I tried many different windows 10 versions but still I got the error and issues) - Driver updates - Uninstalling and reinstalling the mentioned driver (different versions 9,10,11, 11.7 and etc.) - Downgrading BIOS version.
Only when my laptop is off for some days or when I release all it's electricity by pushing power button several seconds The issue seems to disappeared but after a restart it comes back. my laptop is HP Probook 450 G1 with windows 10 64bit.

Microsoft support team couldn't help and even I sent this issue details to Intel Support team and they said I should get in touch with the manufacturer of my laptop.
