I am having the same issue and have yet to update to Windows 10 1903. My question is, how do I know if my system is using the Intel RST drivers? If I do not download any updates for Intel RST and I just rename the iastora.sys file and start the Windows 10 update, will it cause any issues? Is it advisable to wait on the update until Microsoft issues an official statement or fixes the problem?

Hi:

I don't know how long it will take for Microsoft to fix this bug.  Even if you update to the latest driver, it doesn't work.

Now you do have a good point about renaming the file.  This person did it, and it worked fine.
