Hi. I have HP Pavilion 15-bc004ur device with Intel Realsense camera embedded. I had Windows 10 1809 for some time and the camera worked fine. Then Windows decided to update itself to the 1909 version. It updated and the first time I booted it after the update the camera still worked (Windows Hello authentication). Then it stopped right after the boot. I tried to delete drivers and reinstall, but it made the whole situation worse and now I can not reinstall drivers and it always ends with fatal error. I managed to install all the drivers except Intel Realsense Camera SR300 Depth driver. I tried to roll back to 1809 after the failure, but it didn't work after the roll back as well.
Anyway, I have the following question. Is Intel Realsense camera compatible with Windows 10 1909? And if it is compatible, then how to make it work again? I know it worked at least one time after the operating system updated.
Any information is appreciated. The main question is can anyone confirm it works with Windows 10 1909.
Thanks.

Please try Intel® Driver & Support Assistant (Intel® DSA). It should pick the right driver and install for you.
I've got few machines, somehow drivers for Intel AC8260 wifi from vendors always failed. Few days ago, I use Intel DSA and problems fixed.
Regards.
