Hi:
According to the hardware ID you posted, you need this driver:
Intel Gaussian and Neural Accelerator Driver
03.05.00.1578
Here's a partial copy and paste of the driver setup information file which shows driver support for the hardware ID you posted:

You're very welcome.
You need this driver for that device:
HP Application Enabling Software Driver
1.80.4268.0
Here's a partial copy and paste of the driver setup information file which shows driver support for that hardware ID:
[Manufacturer]
%Mfg% = HP,ntamd64.10.0...16299,ntx86.10.0...16299,ntarm64.10.0...16299

%DeviceDesc% = hpcustomcapdriver_Install.ntamd64, ACPI\HPIC000C
%DeviceDesc% = hpcustomcapdriver_Install.ntamd64, ACPI\HPIC0016

You're very welcome.
Try manually installing the driver as follows:
Go to the device manager.
Click on the ACPI\HPIC0003 device needing the driver.
Click on the driver tab.
Click on Update driver.
Select the 'Browse my computer for drivers' option and browse to the driver folder that was created when you ran the file.
That folder will be located in C:\SWSetup\sp161485.
Make sure that the Include subfolders box is checked and see if the driver installs that way.
