How to stop the battery from charging while using the device and is plugged into the power supply. To maintain the battery capacity, because using the device while charging may damage the battery

Don't understand your question -- as the only internal battery on a Notebook would be the CMOS battery, and that is most certainly NOT damaged while the PC is running.

Well, in some computer types like Lenovo, there is a program that unplug the battery and prevents charging until the battery is not damaged
There is a program called Energy Manager which is for Lenovo but I want such a program compatible with my HP computer
