Problem Description:

Hello,
I am facing two issues with my HP laptop:

1. Internet Issue: My laptop is not able to access the internet when connected via cable (Ethernet). However, Wi-Fi seems to work.


2. Sound Issue: The sound driver is not working properly. There is no sound coming from the speakers even though the volume is up. I have tried reinstalling the driver but it did not fix the problem.
