Product: HP EliteBook 840 G5
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

The EliteBook 840 G5 hasn’t received the Windows 11 24H2 update. This laptop is still on 23H2. The HP support page shows that drivers goes up into Windows 11 version 22H2 and Windows 11 (is it any version?). I wonder if there no known issues for this update. If there are not, can we use drivers from Windows 11 version 22H2 or Windows 11 (I have both options).

If you want to update to W11 24H2 and the update is not showing up when you run the Windows Update app, you can update to W11 24H2 at any time by clicking on the Blue Windows 11 Installation Assistant button at the link below (1st option) to do an in-place upgrade to W11 24 h2.

 

Download Windows 11

 

If for some reason you need to install drivers for any devices, you can use the ones for W11 22H2.
