The only specs I could find for your model PC indicate is uses Intel HP 3000 graphics -- and there are no Windows 10 drivers for that. So, a forced upgrade to Win10 is going to present serious issues.
There may be a way to use graphics from a different model PC, but I do not have that information available.
As to Win7, since MS no longer supports it, they are not producing ANY security patches anymore, so you need to run third-party antimalware on it or it will become infected when you go out to the Internet.
