On what? Generally not they are separate numbers but if you tell us the product you are asking about we can tell you how to find both.

Hi I don't have any problem with this. But I should fill the form about my system and submit in my office. In that form there two columns separatley

1. Serial number            :

2. Service tag number :

I found Serial number but I didn't find Service tag number.

I just need confirmation from anyone that  " Service tag number and Serial numbers are same or not ? "

Thanks

Not everything has a service tag number. If you do it is on a sticker on the bottom of the laptop. It is not the same as a serial number, which you can find with fn + esc.

The term "Service Tag" is used by DELL COMPUTERS to uniquely identify each computer that they build & ship. I don't know of any other manufacturers that use the same term. So asking "same or not" is not a valid question.

It's like asking anybody back in 1924 "what colour is your Model T Ford?" -- because 100% of them were black (which itself is not a colour!).
