What you can use and do depends on the exact specifications of your computer.

The Maintenance and Service Guide indicates a fingerprint sensor is an optional addition to selected products in the series.

If your webcam / camera is a high-grade IR type camera, it can support Windows Hello facial recognition.

Your computer might have the required IR camera needed for Hello Face.

IR camera is a specialty device and is not standard on all computers.

Control Panel > icon view > Device Manager 

Open Category Cameras

Method – Check Settings for “Windows Hello Face”
