Here are the HP Intel and Nvidia switchable graphics drivers for your notebook.

 

Install the Intel driver first and restart the PC.

 

Intel:  20.19.15.5058

Nvidia:  10.18.13.5324 

 

https://ftp.hp.com/pub/softpaq/sp71501-72000/sp71979.exe

 

Before installing the drivers this article explains how the switchable graphics work.  How you can figure out if they are working, unfortunately that I do not know.

 

I never owned a notebook with switchable graphics.
