Product: HP ProBook 455 G6 Notebook PC
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

When this question was asked about 7 years ago, the answer was to go to ftp://ftp.hp.com/pub/softpaq/.  Using File Zilla,  that FTP server didn't provide access to my userID for this HP Community forum.

Hi:

 

That is the HP ftp website that contains driver files for PC's and printers.

 

Public access has been removed to everyone except those HP employees that have a need to access the site.

 

This was a recent change in about the last year or so.
