You can get software here

https://support.hp.com/us-en/product/details/hp-17-laptop-pc-17-c2000/model/2101006376?sku=8Y7N9EA

 

Just click on "Software & Drivers".  I recommend you do NOT update your BIOS unless the HP Support Assistant recommends it.

 

You might get a parts list here if you put in your serial number
