Product: HP Pavilion Gaming - 15-ec0101ax

I am not able to create a recovery , I always says. "an error occurred" although I have 16gb new pendrive. I want to add as SSD card in my laptop for better performance but before that I have to create recovery for windows 11. I am not able to to do that , Its an urgent requirement, please help.
