Dear Sir,

The issue of a computer freezing at the Windows 10 logo after installing the HP Mobile Data Protection Sensor may occur due to software conflicts or incompatible drivers.  I hope to receive your guidance and support.

Best regards,

Franics

You're very welcome.

The only suggestion I can offer would be to uninstall the 3D DriveGuard device in the device manager, check the uninstall driver box, restart the notebook and then reinstall the driver I posted.

The device should be located in the device manager under the System Devices category, and it will be labeled as the HP Mobile Data Protection Sensor.

Hi:

If you are getting that error, you should install the latest version of the HP 3D Drive Guard software.

I'm surprised that Windows update didn't do that automatically.

Hi Paul,

Regarding the issue, we set up the file as instructed on your side. However, the error persists even after restarting my computer. Could you please provide some ideas to resolve this issue? Thank you, I appreciate your help

Best Regards,

Francis.
