Dear HP Support Team,
I am experiencing an issue with the OMEN Gaming Hub on my HP OMEN laptop. When I attempt to update the software, I receive the following error message:
"Problem encountered when downloading update package. Please ensure you have a stable network connection and try to download and install the package from here." And I have tried going to the website and it tells me not found also.
Despite having a stable internet connection, I am unable to complete the update. I have tried the following troubleshooting steps without success:
Restarting my internet connection
Closing and reopening OMEN Gaming Hub
Attempting a manual update from the provided link
Restarting my laptop
Checking for Windows updates
I would appreciate any guidance on resolving this issue, as I rely on the OMEN Gaming Hub for system optimization and performance control.

Device Model: OMEN by HP Laptop 16-b0068nia (60H77EA)
Operating System: Windows 11 23H2
OMEN Gaming Hub Version: Latest

Possible Solutions:
Reinstall OMEN Gaming Hub
- Uninstall OMEN Gaming Hub from Settings > Apps > Installed Apps.
- Open the Microsoft Store, search for OMEN Gaming Hub, and reinstall it.
- Restart your laptop and check if the issue persists.
Reset the OMEN Gaming Hub App
- Open Settings > Apps > Installed Apps.
- Find OMEN Gaming Hub and click Advanced Options.
- Click Reset and confirm.
- Restart your laptop and try updating again.
