So, I bought my mom a laptop so she could do her work but she keeps saying it's stuttering. I looked up some information about it and I think I've found the source but I don't know how to fix it. It seems like AMD has an fTDM issue with Windows. Has there been a BIOS update for this yet or has it already been fixed? Is there something in the HP Diagnostics thing? I just dropped $600ish on this laptop. I really don't want to have to get her a new one.
