So my laptop.. if on or on sleep for long (a few hours) my  wifi and bluetooth drivers suddenly vanish.. i have been going to device manager and rolling back the wifi driver and using till it vanishes and then i update the driver till the next vanish, but sometimes the drivers on device manager itself vanish too so theres nothing i can do but restart my laptop which i cannot always, its been getting annoying id like to know how i fix it, or at least whats causing the issue in the first place.wifi.pngwifi driver.pngwifi driver 2.png

I am guessing that the windows faststart has a copy of the OS that is missing the Wi-Fi drives.

Makes sure the Wi-Fi is working fine and then disable fast start.

Disable fast start
To disable fast startup on Windows, open the Control Panel, navigate to Power Options, then "Choose what the power buttons do," and under Shutdown settings, uncheck the "Turn on fast startup" box; if the option is greyed out, click "Change settings that are currently unavailable" first.

Re-enable fast startup once system starts working

ALTERNATELY

Disable energy saving

Possibly your Wi-Fi device is not waking up properly when the computer wakes up from sleep or hibernation.

The Wi-Fi device may have a Power Management feature as shown below. If you un-check the box "Allow the computer.." then the Wi-Fi device will be enabled during sleep and will not have to be woken up when the computer resumes from sleep. Laptops in modern standby will be missing the following option.
