Product: HP Spectre x360 16 inch 2-in-1 Laptop PC 16-f0000 (39R25AV)
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

When I try to install YouTube on this computer I'm getting an error message saying "this product can't be installed on this PC"  "available on Xbox console". Can someone help?. Thank you

where does the installation file come from
according to this message, it would not be a usable file under windows, if that is the problem
