Product: HP Pavilion x360 14 inch 2-in-1 Laptop PC 14-ek0000 (54B29AV)

Hi - I’m setting up a new pavilion laptop and trying to add Microsoft account. I keep getting error my account doesn’t exist, however I just logged into it on my iPhone and our other hp laptop no problems. There are no options for me to go back or progress the laptop setup another way. It is just stuck. I do not want to create another Microsoft account
