I have been in contact with Google multiple times and they said that it's most likely an issue with my device. Everytime I open my Google Drive I get a message saying "The server encountered an error. Please tray again later". I also cannot create any new documents or open any of my folders. If I want to create new documents, I have to create it on a different device and then search up the document name.I am confident the issue is with my laptop, since this doesn't happen on my phone or any other computers I log into. After sending multiple emails with Google Support the past few weeks, they said the following:

 

Some potential causes:

  • Firewall 
  • Antivirus
  • Chrome extension is blocking 
  • Internet service provider
  • Operating System issues

The error is with your device software or your internet connection. I highly recommend letting your device support check into this. 

 

I have no idea how to directly email HP Support; for me it's easier to send an email than to call them so that way they can actually see the issue in action.
