I recently did i windows update i could no longer avoid. (I never had any Problems with my Pc before. )(Windows 10 Pro 21H2 ) after the update the hokey support for muting the microphone (press f8 key) and the lights for mute audio and mute micophone (orange lights on f5 and f8 key) no longer react. The f5 key still supports the mute functionality whlie the f8 button does nothing. After reading up on te internet about the problem i installed hp support assistant and updated my drivers. This did nothing so i redid every driver update manualy from the offical hp site. After that it worked again for about 10-15 minutes and broke again afterwars. After that i did a system reset which fixed the problems for about a week after which things broke again. Interetsing to add is that the hotkeys for both f8 and f5 perform as expected (functionality and lights) when i have the device manager open while pressing they keys. I suspect that the software update somehow messed up the drivers and after comleteing all the steps recommended on the internet (everything that didn't include downloading stuff from 3rd party websites) i have come here to aks if there is an easy fix to this problem i just overlooked or if there is anything else i can do.
