So somehow I wiped out my hard drive COMPLETELY. I initially started out by removing some user accounts that looked suspicious and I ended up wiping out my entire hard drive. I tried to do a fresh install of windows 10, but all of my drivers are gone. I have no files on my computer. I thought I just needed to buy a new hard drive which I did and I installed it, but now I can get passed a certain stage because windows won't install unless it has those initial drivers. I need help please.

So when you tried to install Windows10 on a new hard drive, the installation setup did not detect the drive prompting you to provide drivers. Is this correct? Did you also get any error messages?
Please provide the full model number or product number of your model for right drivers. These numbers are on the bottom case in very small print.

Thank you for assisting me, I truly appreciate it. My computer model is HP ENVY 17.3 inch Laptop PC 17-ch0000 IDS Base Model, and what you described is exactly what happened. The error message I'm getting is Boot Device not found (Hard disk 3FO). I was able to see where the drivers are on the website. I guess what I'm needing to know is exactly which drivers to use to get the computer to be ok with reinstalling windows 10.

Your laptop model requires the Windows installation setup to have Intel RST storage controller driver to detect the storage drive to install Windows on. You need to download IRST driver, extract files and attach them to a Windows installation usb drive. You can download the latest version (V.19.5.2.1049) of IRST driver package (sp146929) from the HP link below.
https://ftp.hp.com/pub/softpaq/sp146501-147000/sp146929.exe
You can then follow the steps below to complete the Windows installation:
1. Connect your Windows installation usb drive to the laptop.
2. Right-click on the downloaded sp file and click on "Run as Administrator."
3. When you are asked where to save files, with the default directory path being displayed, click on Next.
4. Go to C:\SWSetup\ and copy the extracted "SP146929" folder to the root directory of the Windows installation usb drive.
5. Run the Windows installation from the usb drive again and when you are asked where to install Windows, click on Load Driver.
6. Click on Browse then click the usb drive.
7. Click on the sp146929 folder then the F6 folder and click OK.
8. Two drivers will be displayed. Select either one and click OK.
9. Now the drive will be displayed. Delete, if any, all partitions to see "Drive 1 Unallocated space" then click Next to proceed the installation.
