Product: HP Spectre x360 - 13-ac023dx
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)
Hoping for some advice, we have had the laptop and it worked flawlessly for 2 years and then out of nowhere the keyboard and touch pad and touch screen all stopped working. Took it to a geek squad to have them see what the issue was whether or not it needed to update the drivers or something. They believe it's the motherboard, which after some research seems to be a prominent problem with the spectre. Looking for some advice, should I get the laptop fixed or abandon all hope? Also if anybody has advice on something to check as far as further diagnostics I would be obliged.
