Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

I have some issues with my Microsoft Office 2016. Whenever I try to open Word 2016, PowerPoint 2016,problems II.pngproblems III.pngproblems.png or any other app from the office, I always get notifications that look like those attached to the screenshots I took. Is there any solution to this problem?
