There is an exclamation point over the little question mark thing at the bottom of my screen. I just don't know why! It hasn't always been there!

Hi @BrandiB1989,

Welcome to the HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query. I will be glad to help you.

I'm here to help with questions related to HP products and services. If you're referring to an HP product and are seeing an exclamation point over a question mark on your screen, it typically indicates an alert or notification regarding the system or device. This could relate to software updates, warranty alerts, or potential issues that require attention.

To provide a more accurate solution, please let me know the specific device model and any other details you might have about the alert.

Please share the details in a private message.

To access your private messages, simply click the private message icon on the upper right corner of your HP Support Community profile, next to your profile and send a private message to me with the serial number, because we value your privacy.
