Jag har en hp laptop 15s-e2xxx som efter en Windows update i juni låste datorn till bitlocker, hittar ingen nyckel på mina konton...

 

Hur gör jag, hp har löst ut felet?

If you don't have the Bitlocker recovery key, your only option would be to reinstall Windows, so you can use the PC again.

 

All data on the drive cannot be recovered without the Bitlocker recovery key.

 

After you reinstall Windows, make sure you export the recovery key to your Microsoft account or save it elsewhere for safekeeping,

 

You can use the HP cloud recovery tool on another PC to make a USB recovery drive to reinstall the original HP factory image that came on the drive.
