Hi @aKSHAY_265
Welcome to the HP Support Community.
Try these steps -
Step 1 Sync Date and Time -
To sync the date and time, press Windows and I button together to access the Settings > Go to Time & Language > Date & Time.
Step 2 Re-register the Microsoft Store app using Powershell -
Right-click on the Start or the Windows icon and click on Windows Powershell (Admin). Type in the following command to re-register the Microsoft Store app and then hit Enter.
powershell -ExecutionPolicy Unrestricted Add-AppxPackage -DisableDevelopmentMode -Register $Env:SystemRoot\WinStore\AppxManifest.xml
Let the process complete and then check if your issue is fixed or not.
Step 3 Reset the Microsoft Store -
Click on Start or the Windows icon, then type "wsreset" and select wsreset.
If the issue still persists, eun system file checker -
1) Select Start, and in the search box, enter Command Prompt. Press and hold (or right-click) Command Prompt (Desktop app) from the search results and select Run as administrator.
2) Enter DISM.exe /Online /Cleanup-image /Restorehealth (note the spaces before each "/").
3) Enter sfc /scannow (note the space between "sfc" and "/").
Hope this helps! Keep me posted.
