i already have an HDD that came in with the Laptop the model is   "HGST HTS541010A9E680"   Capacity:    932 GB

and another SSD Model is " SAMSUNG SSD PM810 2.5" 7mm  128GB "

and i already tried playing games on both the HDD and the SSD and still getting the same error, do you think this is a slow drive issues?,if you have a reason to think that the problem is the hard drive can you tell me?

Playing the game uses hard-drive, RAM, CPU, video, keyboard, mouse, the game software, and the Windows software.

 

Using two quite-different hard-drives, with no change in symptoms, implies that the disk-drives are NOT the problem.

No.  Any SSD device is *NOT* "slow" at all.

Of course, we can tell you -- that's what all of us on this forum like to do -- to respond.

 

I suggested a drastic action, namely to use a different hard-drive, but the same RAM, CPU, video, keyboard mouse, and the same game software, installing a fresh copy of Windows onto the different hard-drive, to see if the problem is some interaction between Windows and the game software.

 

So, it is the "contents" of the hard-drive that this experiment is meant to "vary", to see if this "variation" provides any evidence.

i solved the problem by installing an older version for AMD Radeon Settings Ver 16.30.
it worked pretty good tillnow with no issues at all.
i would like to thank both of you for helping me so far, i felt noticed at least that someone cares about my problem.
