Keyboard Backlight does not turn on. PLEASE READ DESCRIPTION!

My keyboard HAS a backlight and I used a special keyboard shortcut to turn it on and off. After a long time of not using it, I have forgotten how to turn it on. I DO NOT HAVE A BACKLIGHT ACTION KEY(refer to my image). I have tried many different solutions online in windows and by also checking the bios, with everything appearing fine. Any recommendations are greatly appreciated!

P.S. I have checked the manual for my exact model and it says to use the backlight action key but it is not there so don't suggest that, thanks.

Pavilion 15z-eh000 is a CTO machines. I won't believe you can exactly find its manuals in this world. The series simply says

            Full-size, island-style keyboard with numeric keypad in black or white finish

That means NO backlit keyboard at all.

The laptop DOES have a backlit keyboard as you saw the incorrect variant.Here is the variant I have:

It has an option for one, which I choose when I ordered the laptop.

• Full-size, backlit, natural silver keyboard with numeric keypad
• Full-size, cloud blue keyboard with numeric keypad

• Full-size, luminous gold keyboard with numeric keypad

Did you check when machine arrives ?  Do you still keep invoices/receipts ? Order # ? Please call the store to log your case.

I choose the "Full-size, backlit, natural silver keyboard with numeric keypad" option on my invoice. I have also already tried the second link you posted, my problem is that the action key for the switching of the backlight is not on my keyboard(refer to my first post).
