OMEN 17.3 inch Gaming Laptop PC 17-ck2000 IDS Base Model

When on the lock screen, the keyboard lighting changes from what I've set in the Omen Light Studio to a dark blue. How do I change this? There doesn't seem to be a setting in the studio to change the keyboard light in this situation.

There was an issue with the keys changing to white under WASD and the right-side keys before logging into the computer on the lock screen. After chatting with support, a firmware update plus re-setting the lighting settings resolved that issue. There was also an issue as stated in this post's description of the keys changing to dark blue when going to the lock screen. That is still an issue. After chatting with support, we determined that it is an issue with Light Studio not maintaining the setting on the lock screen. Switching to using basic lighting in the Gaming Hub works fine. Support is looking into the issue with Light Studio.
