The "greater than sign", "less than sign" and "backslash sign" are on the same key as the "L" on my keyboard, when i try to type these signs by using the Alt Gr key it doesn't work. When i try it on Google or other sites nothing comes up and it just stays blank like there's nothing to type, and when i try it on Word "1)" comes up, like a summary. This means there's probably something wrong with the driver software, i tried everything to fix it and i did every update possible and nothing helps. My computer just doesn't recognize there are other symbols other than the "L" on that key.

HP Support Assistant:
- Use the HP Support Assistant to diagnose and fix common issues. You can download it from HP's website if you don't have it installed.
Region Settings:
- Check your region settings to ensure they match the keyboard you are using. Incorrect settings may lead to improper keyboard behavior.
Sticky Keys and Accessibility Features:
