Hello,

 

I would like to know How to bring up other symbles. There is No "degree" symble on my keyboard, is there a key or two I push to bring up other symbles?

What your looking for are know as Alt Code Symbols. There are so many symbols that Windows cannot possibly put them all on the keyboard.

 

The quick way to access a symbol is to use its shortcut.

Press and hold the ALT key and type the number 0176 to make a degree sign.

Here are other degree signs you can access on this website...

https://www.alt-codes.net/degree_sign_alt_code.php

 

Here are other short cuts listed for basic symbols...

https://www.alt-codes.net/

 

 

You could also use the Windows character map by simply typing character map in the Search Bar in the tool tray of the desktop to access it. But alt codes are faster.
