Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi..im using HP EliteBook 2560P  Laptop( i5 3rd Gen). when I'am typing it type extra characters from keyboard. i have change the keyboard, but  still it type sometime automatically and extra characters with one click. one technician said it has issue with motherboard and need to replace it. can anyone face the same issue or how can i fixed it ? is it motherboard  issue ?
