Product: HP ENVY x360 Laptop - 13-ay0002ur

On my laptop there is a button that turns off camera, it has a bright red dot on it that doesn't go away no matter how much I click it. Camera does not show up in device manager either. Is there a way to turn on the camera using software to bypass button action? Native Windows camrera app says mine is not even attached, but I hope I can reach it internally. Viedo of the issue in the action
