Hi @mzee_malik,

Welcome to the HP Support Community.

I'd like to help!

Did you make any software or hardware changes on your PC?

Have you tried checking with an external keyboard or mouse? Does the issue persist?

Excellent description and a great diagnosis. It is greatly appreciated.

Try performing a hard reset on the PC.

Turn off the computer.
Remove the computer from any port replicator or docking station.
Disconnect all external connected peripheral devices such as USB storage devices, external displays, and printers.
Unplug the AC adapter from the computer.
Remove the battery from the battery compartment.
With the battery and power cord unplugged, press and hold the Power button for about 15 seconds to drain any residual electrical charge from the capacitors.
Insert the battery and plug the AC adapter back into the laptop, but do not connect any of the peripheral devices.
Press the Power button to turn on the computer.
The computer starts normally or a startup menu opens.
If a startup menu opens, use the arrow keys to select Start Windows Normally, and then press the Enter key.
After Windows opens, reconnect each peripheral device that was disconnected, one device at a time, until all devices are reconnected.

Try updating the BIOS on the PC and check if it helps. Click here. Make sure you select the current Os and run bios.

Hope this helps! Keep me posted for further assistance.

Dear Elohi NR,

Thanks for your support and reply.

*  I have tried hard reset and already updated the BIOS  but it doesn't work.

* Problem started when I update it to Windows 10, it works for some day then stops working ( revert it back to Windows 8, 8.1 or upgrade it to Windows 10, 11 facing the same problem).

* Replaced the Keyboard also did not work for me.

* I have also changed the registry setting doesn't work.

* Tried different software for keyboard, update software with Windows update but this procedure also fails.

* External keyboard is working fine.

* I have seen in the HP support community reply for other HP laptop models a solution recommended to disable (Intel integrated sensor solution) fix the issue.

Waiting for your reply.

I found the error for this...

I installed a windows 10 20H2 from scratch without any HP and Intel drivers without internet and it worked normally until i installed the Intel Integrated Sensor Solution Driver.

went back to the before secured systemstatus and deactivated the sensor in device manager and it works.

Now I will see, what happens when i install all windows updates

HP do something!!!

All windows update done, everything works fine (except tablet mode of course, because the sensors are off)

not installed windows 11 because windows 11 will do the same problem without even asking and its difficult to go back from it. (Bios downgrade, windows 10 reinstall, sensor driver deactivation.

I hope I can prevent the system to ever update to windows 11.
