This key (see picture) doesn't function correctly. It doesn't function when my keyboard layout is selected. Which layout do I have to insert so that the software recognizes this button? key.jpg

I hate to spoil your parade, but creating the same post five times is considered to be spamming.

As the author, you can try going back to the other posts and deleting them.

I took a look at the image.

Don't get me wrong, but how would we know which keyboard layout or input language  you have selected when Belgium has so many languages?

You have not shared your selection with us in your post. Try the shift or Alt key.

The keyboard appears to be German, so I suggest selecting German as the input language in Windows.

Well if HP keeps messing things up when coming to ‘repair’ my laptop I wouldn’t have to spam to get a decent reaction. I’ve tried everything but they are of no help. Every time they repair something, something else becomes an issue. After a while you get sick of trying because it is really time-consuming and annoying.

And no offense, but that doesn’t help, already tried that... but thank you for your reply.

@Vartui_1

You still have not stated which input language your OS is set to.
