HP Laptop PC 15s-fq2000 (2D119AV)
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hello all,

Would you please advise if this HP product support keyboard backlit?

In the beginning the light was work (one light only), but after that it stopped.

Kindly note, F5 dose not include light sign.

Note, in BIOS, backlit timer is available.

Thank you

What is your HP Laptop PC 15s-fq2000 (2D119AV) machine ? Does it actually have backlit keyboard ? It must have a key (normally f4 or f5) with backlit symbol backlit small.jpg

More info:              Using the Backlit Keyboard

Hi,

Unfortunately, it does not have backlit symbol on f4/5.

But BIOS has the backlit timer.
Seems if no symbol, the laptop is not supporting that.

Thank you
