Product: HP Elite x2 G4 IDS Base Model Tablet

Hi, 

I have some problems on my laptop that kind of bother me,

Firstly, my touch pad won't work since a few week, which don't bother me that much because I use the traveling mouse, but it's still a problem.

Then, yesterday my computer had its keyboard working perfectly, but today when I opened it it didn't work! I had to tap on the screen all day. Which is not practical. 

I tried to restart it, take off the keyboard, put it again, but nothing worked. Despite the fact that the keyboard is unusable the screen and the computer still work.

I noticed that the keyboard have a led on the caps lock that blink once in a while, but nothing describe my problem on the Internet 

So I was wondering if there is a solution to help me or not 

I'm waiting for an answer, thank you
