Hello,

I'm having a problem with my Probook 450 G3. Everything works perfectly, except for the keyboard, which doesn't work systematically the first time I turn on the PC.

After a simple Windows restart, the keyboard works perfectly 100% of the time. But every time I turn the system off and on again, the problem returns.

I thought it was a driver problem, but I can't find the keyboard driver on the HP website. I only have the "HP Hotkey Support - UWP" software.

My keyboard is recognized as "Standards 101/102-key or Microsoft natural PS/2 keyboard for HP Hotkey support."

Driver details attached.

Thank you for your help.

I should point out that the BIOS is up to date, as is Windows. The BIOS battery is new.

This is because of the fast startup option. You can disable it in the power optons to resolve the issue.
