Product: OMEN Laptop - 15-en0007ax
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)
Hello everyone. So the "x" key on my keyboard stopped working last week. It would only work if I held it for a period of time but intermittently. After some time the key "x" started to work but the "r" key stopped. Even when I kept holding it for some time. Now none operates. I updated drivers with no luck. It is weird to say the least as I have had this laptop for 2 years with no problem and I used it regularly. But when the warranty has ended suddenly I have this issue. I tried searching online but couldn't find any solution.
P.S. I copied "x" & "r" while writing this text.
