I have HP Notebook and the keyboard keys are malfunctioning. That is if I press shift+2 it types as " instead of @ and some other keys also are like this. So how can this be fixed.

Hi,
It sounds like you have the wrong keyboard layout set - ie Uk keyboard layout for a US keyboard.
If you have more than one keyboard layout set in Windows 10, you can toggle between them by holding down the Ctrl Key and pressing the Shift key
Alternatively, you can change the layout for your keyboard as described on the relevant link below.
