Dear HP Support,

I hope you're well. I'm reaching out because I'm having trouble turning on the keyboard backlight on my HP laptop. I've tried using the usual function key (such as F5 or F4, depending on the model), but the light doesn’t come on.

Base guide me on how to resolve this issue or let me know if it might be a hardware problem?

Does your machine have a F* key with backlit symbol   banhien_0-1718510010457.jpeg  ?

 

  • If NO, it does not have backlit keyboard.
  • If YES, please use the following Guide
