Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)
Newly purchased refurbished HP computer is having problems. I fixed bouncing cursor by changing setting for it. But keyboard types about three letters then doesn't respond. how do i fix this?

I unticked the Turn on filter keys box and adjusted reponse time and now it works. Thank you for showing where to adjust.

Hi,

 

Please try (Windows 10):

(a) Right click Start,
(b) Select Control panel,
(c) Select Ease of access,
(d) Make the keyboard easy to use,
(e) Tick Turn on Filter keys
(f) Click Apply then OK
