My Keyboard only works on Bios and when I checked appear "Diagnostic Log - Result: 0601".
How can I solve it? I can't get into Windows because I can't write the password.
I appreciate your help.

Thank you for posting on the HP Support Community.
I'll be glad to help. Let's try these steps:
You may click on the Ease of Access button and use the on-screen keyboard to type the password and after entering the password you may click on the eye button to check if you have typed the correct password and click on the right arrow/enter on the on-screen keyboard.
After booting to the windows screen, check if the keyboard works.
If the keyboard doesn't work you may follow the below methods and check.
Step 1: Disable filter keys
- Type Control Panel on the search box, and click to open it.
- Then open Ease of Access > Change how your keyboard works > Filter Keys and click on it to open “Setup Filter keys.”
- To turn off Filter Keys, you need to uncheck the box.
Alternatively, you can open Settings > Accessibility > Keyboard.
Step 2: You may also run the Hardware and Devices troubleshooter and check.
Hardware and Devices troubleshooter checks for common problems and makes sure that any new device or hardware connected to your PC is installed correctly.
- Right-click on the start menu and select control panel.
- In the category select small icons.
- Select Troubleshooting.
- Select View all on the top left corner.
- Click on Hardware and Devices.
- Follow the on-screen instructions to run the troubleshooter.
Hope this helps! Keep me posted for further assistance.
